Most of " Paypal not supported " country Ebay sellers use Skrill (Moneybookers) to get their money from the customers. And just to enable accepting payments with Skrill on Ebay can be very confusing when you don't know what to do.So to save your stress and time let me show you how i started to sell on Ebay using
Skrill (Moneybookers) as my payment option.
What is Skrill (moneybookers) ?
- Skrill is one of leading digital payment company like Paypal .
Why we use Skrill when there is Paypal ?
- It is accepted by Ebay and accepted in most countries of world . Skrill support some countries which Paypal doesn't .(This is one of best reason why you should start using Skrill to accept payments from customers.)
How do we sell with Skrill on Ebay ?
- Register on Skrill (Moneybookers) through here.
- You will need to enter everything right . Address , Name etc.
- They will have limits on your account because you didn't verify your address .(We will get to it later)
- Contact them through here . And type that you want to use their service of Ebay.
Example :
- They will contact you back (within 1-30 day be patient they will ) with special link to their old website.
- Go to the link , Log in. You will see something like this
- Before you begin "Enable seller account " you need to verify your address. To do that click on "Verify Adress" and make sure your address is right and click on "SEND ME VERIFICATION LETTER"
Letter will take 5 to 30 or more days to arrive depending on your location. In my case it took 25 days to arrive.
- Click on Add Credit card , enter your info then click on "Verify credit card" they will charge your credit card 0.99 - 3 $ to make sure it is yours . I am sure you can do this step by yourself .
- Wait for your letter , After your letter arrive Log in on old website then click on Verify address again and enter the security 6 digit code .
- Now that your account is verified you can click on "ENABLE EBAY SELLER ACCOUNT" and fill out required info.
P.S : Seller ID = Your Ebay username.
- Okay you are close , Congratulations if you were able to come this far ^^. Now you need to only learn how to set up your business policies on Ebay.
To set Skrill as your payment option you need to
Account Settings -> Business Policies -> Payment-> Then Edit
